All products purchased from this Website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Head Rush Technologies. Title to products purchased on this Website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when Head Rush Technologies delivers these items to the carrier, which is also referred to as FOB shipping point.

Head Rush Technologies will ship your order as soon as is reasonably possible. For all express shipments, overnight or two-day, please contact Head Rush for availability. Depending on availability and seasonality, orders may be shipped as soon as the next business day or as late as 15 business days. If extreme circumstances arise in which Head Rush cannot ship your order with 15 business days Head Rush will notify you either by the email or phone that you provided upon registration.
